一批工程师和技术服务人员周二聚集在阿尔伯塔省立法机构外，抗议将工作外包。

& |1 I/ a! Z4 qSam Jayaraman正代表一个名为卡尔加里工程师和设计师协会的非正式小组发言，他于两年前被裁员之前从事项目管理方面工作，希望政府专注于创造就业机会。

Jayaraman表示赞赏政府保护某些专业包括工程专业的做法，比方停止临时外国工人计划，现在他希望省政府能够将该事业推向联邦政府。
