Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

+ J  N9 x3 j# a) S( h2 b- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
, c2 G- o; _, Q- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- A  l) D' i2 @6 q" b+ h* F; g. ^- Manage kitchen operations
0 |+ e% z. v+ e  I% J8 n- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
! [# m) T' F. HRequirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

- Highly organized.
This is a contract, full-time position.
( K: ?3 |( p' O' u2 P4 XWorking hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
Salary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
Location: Simonette Camp (51.5 km west of Fox Creek), Alberta
