主要工作职责：

Job Duties

, X& a( c4 P7 v9 w-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
- O8 Q, L& C2 F* F. \* y-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
3 P9 z9 L! x( j% N, i-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
5 Y6 U2 |& i8 M9 R5 q  r-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
, w( K( t1 s" [7 G-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Proficiency in the use of computer programs
