You can apply for a subsidy if:

9 R- P2 ^6 e  b& @5 ]) `+ c6 J- ]* f    You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
; \( l3 p% g& J; ?# j. a    You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
3 K2 v/ f1 D( i  |6 y$ K    Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
1 v4 S2 _4 h3 z& d    You and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs

& |3 O* K: ]8 X    You or your spouse/partner stay-at-home and have your child(ren) enrolled in a licensed pre-school or approved early childhood development program.
