渐缓的销售趋势并未给稳定的住宅价格带来影响

埃德蒙顿10月4日报道：9月份所有住宅的平均售价比上一个月上升了1.1%，比去年上升了1.5%，依然保持强劲。独立屋平均价格为$430,761比上一个月下降不到1%，比去年下降了0.2%。8月份公寓的平均价格为$251,365，比上一个月下降了0.06%，比去年下降了0.45%，也依然保持着平缓。双拼/联排比上一个月上升了4.66%，比去年有些许的下降。

9月份，爱城共有1339套住宅售出，比上一个月下降了6.56%, 比去年下降了8.41%；独立屋有846套售出，比去年下降了3%；公寓有327套售出，比去年下降了20%。双拼/联排有135套出售，比上一个月仅少了1套，比去年下降了5.59%。所有住宅上市量比上一个月下降了0.29%，比去年下降了1.47%。

; v5 `7 V; x7 ?; G' s“随着冬季的来临，我们可以预计上市量和销售将会减缓，也可能会看到价格的些许下降，但因为市场依旧保持着的平稳性，继而剧烈性大幅度的走势并不会出现。” Sedgwick说到“和去年相比，卖家可能需要较为长一点的时间去等待他们的房产售出” 。
