9月份，爱城共有1339套住宅售出，比上一个月下降了6.56%, 比去年下降了8.41%；独立屋有846套售出，比去年下降了3%；公寓有327套售出，比去年下降了20%。双拼/联排有135套出售，比上一个月仅少了1套，比去年下降了5.59%。所有住宅上市量比上一个月下降了0.29%，比去年下降了1.47%。
