Job Description:

. {' c' l: S( `- I# [4 a  `Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
1 l* s# K" [, z  a: _Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
) r; [# M9 S. Y9 [* L  r* E1 c/ `Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
$ u& N1 T  |  `1 bArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
* a! U$ E3 D1 ^9 RRectify arising problems or complaints
+ P$ l: c  U- [! |Give prepared plates the “final touch”
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records

Proven working experience as a head chef

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
