Key Responsibilities:
. |, c* D6 B5 u4 |! f) I•        Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
9 D1 F) q  S7 j( P& V•        Post advertisement  f, Z, ^1 Z- F/ M/ F6 l
•        Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
) o9 z, _% m2 V& H•        Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
1 H# f/ C- {) y) G4 D•        Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
" w/ o- W; z, z+ q% L•        Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
8 Q3 q6 x1 z: m0 R•        Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.7 Q: g) P: W3 M
•        Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
* V1 E5 {1 _: O6 U9 X•        Perform route inspections as required.
( u; U8 V& r5 J: Z) O•        Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).: t+ Z' X% f# F' `: B8 i9 v
•         Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.) \" B- w1 o  \- ?  D
•        Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
% S7 R& P$ V  v+ O6 f+ Z•        Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.; D$ ?. @) p" T+ M

Required Skills & Abilities:2 R+ G" A! I& b- B- g* B, p( ]) X4 M5 k
•        High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
' U4 _1 C$ U* d# n3 Z1 A3 T•        Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
' @4 [' [. z2 B  F•        Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)) {8 t3 @- J+ g8 i
•        Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; y6 y" h* q% b0 N7 |1 [, O4 I
•        Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
3 \. L% v* |# D9 j2 R+ Z•        Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
. a/ f3 J, C5 W, c+ A/ K; n: e•        Proven customer service and resident relation skills
3 K5 l! H& s; Q0 ~" x( x•        Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
1 o9 e7 o& [7 v7 X" o6 K. N•         Security clearance required upon offer of employment  d; U) h' R3 s  S0 H
•        Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy' l* J/ Y0 x, R% A0 l4 ]
•        Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment
