• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.! Q2 n( Q' P- @* K6 E
• Post advertisement. t) |7 o/ u$ ^0 J2 ]. Q8 ~
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries. m8 Z& M$ m1 }. _
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
, i) y8 E9 ]% a4 v) J5 G, C• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.( j. K8 a" W$ A1 i
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database./ _6 E( P) J6 j* N
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed., w( n" X& i$ u
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
& T3 K8 i% L/ ]9 T; j' Z• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.; n* A! A. t7 o1 `5 I$ B
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.9 W2 u4 [ t3 o; b4 T
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.5 i! V- b) a& J' Y U

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset8 P& d% w. ^- I. L2 q
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred4 f* @+ R, { r3 V4 _$ u1 O6 m; E
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook): ^& q3 n3 ~2 |$ ~- U- ?# L' y
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
. f8 L+ B4 I0 B' e0 X6 n; q• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
. p3 J% O) Z9 K5 A2 N z" |3 N• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
