• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

3 R0 G4 T! {; u; H# X) q2 L, U5 @• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
/ E5 K+ d+ Q% p5 k* k• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.6 J& Z' L! I8 U8 Q6 K2 U
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.+ c4 j( K8 R0 ?" k8 l* w; |" Z J
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' J" [' ^" H4 A7 f$ o• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.% @% L& O6 |0 z' g
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.5 r2 F B9 F2 ~
• Perform route inspections as required.
' R/ P1 p4 e, e& _2 R6 u' }• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).1 M7 Y4 s% i1 W* B9 n+ K- H* D: y
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
0 ]0 T- R( V" y* p6 F$ I• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.) ?9 `0 ?( f# @3 E+ ~ a
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset3 `# a! p2 R: l* Z% ~- b, t/ J: | h
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
) P2 ^; M1 m: ]8 e• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
