Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
9 p8 Y) P2 J$ h- c9 m• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.. p( E( ?6 z' l1 L Y1 ^
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents." u$ p2 P7 ]$ }* M [
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.# x# @5 x+ H: X8 c+ Y# W8 ]. G- V. @( m
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.& q" X' F: s8 ]4 e$ |. ]- n0 R( r+ b
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

Required Skills & Abilities:+ x: s* `% W. v/ T/ x6 e
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset9 c0 B3 j9 X- g, Q
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred k" N Z& i' ^, F* f2 ?: P
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
C& }- w1 x/ ~ s" {8 t• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- F2 U5 B8 g8 }* V8 M( E• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal* z j5 A5 D. f& R+ H
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
