• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.5 ^5 {) h9 H o, d& \9 B( R4 L
• Post advertisement: l7 y( y; l- b
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.( c6 b% `2 n5 R# V ]8 C* }! k/ v
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
+ O. N' X+ U/ n6 j; r8 j• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.* P' P& g, y/ I) C
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.' y* A. I* [' n8 i% F$ z
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.; X& p& K! ]3 W4 i
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.. I/ ^' w% o5 | S
• Perform route inspections as required.
# J* R/ k- P* u- F7 b* e& L3 c• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

# d. a. k+ J K3 d/ I• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
" j2 @) U6 I, U• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* A$ i& ^; ^5 M8 j6 y: v5 t. W0 |- b• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills+ n# G9 Q- b3 S8 ?) r1 l- h$ }
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal+ h' m, F# D1 M. a) I* L& g9 V
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
