To me, it looks professionally staged. It looks nice. The area is about 25-28 years. Ask for roof, whether it is new. If not, it will cost $20,000 to replace.

我的经纪本来要约看此房，得知上市24小时内收到了3个offer, 现在已经不接受看房了。个人觉得也很值，就是路冲没办法接受。
