Qualifying Educational Programs
2 j3 H/ v4 w1 R- V8 W2 k5 g3 a, YUsually, a qualifying educational program is a course of study that lasts at least three weeks in a row, with at least 10 hours of instruction or work each week. A program at a foreign educational institution must last at least 13 weeks.* Q2 J! M: T5 d$ b, T
