埃德蒙顿6月2日报道：大爱城区5月份独立屋销售量为1119套，比4月份上升了19.3%，比去年同比上升了3.8%。双拼/联排屋销售量为203套，比上一个月分别上升了37.2%，比去年同期上升了23.03%。公寓的销售量比上一个月上升了5.3%，但比去年下降了18.2%。所有住宅的销售量为1771套，比上一个月上升了18%，比去年下降了不到1%。. G$ x2 w; K4 a8 [. G8 a- a

5月份新房上市量为3233套，比上一个月下降了不到1%，比去年下降了2.5%。独立屋的销售挂牌比为61%，比上一个月上升了10%，与去年等同。双拼/联排屋的销售挂牌比为73%，比上一个月下降了13%，但比去年上升了22%。公寓正在逐步进入买方市场，销售挂牌比为40%，比上一个月上升了2%，但比去年下降了13%。
