Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site./ ]' t; F$ ~1 ~4 v% Y& e

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ h7 y$ [& h% k; Y· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
! @$ r/ h* B( L9 [2 g. \· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
: E) \3 H% D9 e2 c· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.4 Y+ X1 W7 {$ ]5 ?+ ?( Z7 `" J! k
· Manages report database. x% y: B: J; \( i
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.% U' m, o& d1 _% Z& O! r

Knowledge and Skills:
3 H2 K$ P. H9 g$ ^/ r2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

* F$ h% R% P H/ XCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
