Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.; Y& ~- e/ Q- J4 L

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission. k' k+ h @; p% b$ M
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.$ a' h0 S6 G D( G, O: F6 D
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
$ N5 Y! L" f* m7 @· Manages report database.! y- m; y2 |; b2 w* N
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders." @$ V. m N) h" u
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills:
! B9 S/ w0 x. x$ c5 C2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.8 L @5 J8 c/ A* M, w2 d6 ^
8 }! U' ?0 G y" _5 w" rCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.0 j; G0 p( E! Z# v6 j
+ s/ j& g O3 ^6 I1 E
Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
