Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.( `1 ?% ?' k% R( ?/ s
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
+ S% s; y/ r* X· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

, G( u! d$ t, H- r% @- q· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

Knowledge and Skills:2 O% D9 i F& u. r
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

* Z- X& O! K" L4 ACertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
