9 X  Z, H3 L5 F' M( Z6 Z3 PDescription:  The candidate will be working under the Operations Manager or Project Lead, design and otherwise assist with the development of web-based database applications in consultation with the client; including:

- Supervise and lead the programming team in the creation and maintenance of software code.
- Develop software design specifications.
4 D  ?9 D4 Z  ^" P* D- Research and develop system architectures.
" h' N* J; }/ q; d+ F- Create and maintain software development plans.
- Create and maintain internal programming and development standards.
- Research and recommend third party programming tools and components.
# Q, x, m6 d- ^6 z5 P/ o0 W- Attend and participate in Software Project Planning meetings.
- Report to the Operations Manager and Project Team on development activities.
- Maintain proficiency in existing and new company-identified development environments.
: c  m1 T# [, P: _- \2 s" b- Other duties as designated by the Operations Manager or Project Lead.


3 r  \: Y8 p& C  s2 c5 d2 D& h8 uRequirements:  -Minimum 4 years of recognized Post-Secondary Education in a Software Development (or closely related) program.
5 f( @# l  {' q% t5 o% _- When compared to the Key Tasks and Skills sections (above) 1) minimum 5 years work experience in a related field; 2) minimum 2 years work experience in a CLOSELY related field (concurrent with above).
0 c3 W4 x% g( c+ b1 q- Demonstrated ability in the efficient completion of software projects, including development of software design plans and system architectures.

& I4 j0 j! F( B' B3 h**The Software Engineer may be required to successfully complete a RCMP Enhanced Reliability Level 7 check.

- Excellent understanding of, and proficiency in, the staged software development process.
- Excellent understanding of, and proficiency in, relational database techniques and environments as it relates to data modeling and information flow processing.

- Excellent proficiency in the following PRIMARY environments, languages or standards: 1) JAVA (and J2EE compliant IDE environments); 2) LAMJ (Linux, Apache, MySQL, JSP, including the compliant application servers); 3) HTML; 4) JavaScript

Above Average proficiency in the following SECONDARY environments, Languages
1 u, V5 r( B' J- h& t. Mor standards: 1) XML; 2) PHP; 3) Microsoft .NET (including ASP.NET)

& J7 \+ [% }. L8 I  z; x5 Z- Above Average understanding of, and proficiency in, website configuration and maintenance, including security techniques and environments.
- V1 D8 I5 A$ X- Average proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Experience with a variety of client Operating Systems, including Windows, MAC, and Linux.

睡睡虎，要是这么说的话你就试一试，你还可以列几个职位出来我帮你找找（英文的）。不过我表示怀疑，你的意思是先有工作后有签证，我觉得你要是没有签证的话人家根本就不能录取你。
