DUTIES:

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
' A% q5 \4 D1 X4 m* |• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
+ R, @" Q& x) }! v• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible0 g) b5 K5 v1 t! H5 q( Z
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.& A7 K9 N2 g" k) c& A
# D% e5 V# R+ iREQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
& L4 D Y; c7 a; t1 r4 ?/ |% ?; d• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
! N- F8 L. |8 k" B4 i• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills2 _. J2 E6 o2 B2 b- p7 ]
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers* v' W5 K% D9 J0 x* R
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
