DUTIES:$ J* y3 g! {6 J
0 N" O1 ]+ \ r- i( c- N• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.( Z; e" `7 {$ H8 t1 q! z, R7 X
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
R' N! U' q. T, ?• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible: Q# L4 L+ |. A! K/ ^4 X
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.: l1 j0 M9 L: Q6 F

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
0 W" @3 V9 _% E. g• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study& i( t7 S! a/ d# e! g I( \
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills3 e3 J* }( g0 d5 v# y! t) W
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers! {9 w1 _4 ]) X0 _. G! c
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)5 F! K, C2 X: X2 E/ K1 O& I% G
