�� Create user stories and estimates

�� Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
# A3 n4 L$ N; J�� Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
+ s l5 c! C; x ?. `3 H/ P�� Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts8 n5 \7 M% n5 [$ [, N- r, u
�� Familiarity with version control using Team Foundation Server
* P* x8 N T' p1 `- j$ |�� Exposure to Microsoft .NET development using C#
- o; |4 j$ n+ x+ T�� Exposure to web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
) [* i* H& N- J: ?" H�� Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, SQL Server Reporting Services
