- y; n6 M& z% j7 C+ K" X+ YEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills:
•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
' R. G" Y8 z7 J3 E6 N•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
•        Proficient computer skills
+ H$ `3 S/ M1 A+ N•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
