Well, I assume that you have had a driver's licence already otherwise you wouldn't be able to take Advanced exam. If that's the case, rent a car from a car rental and you should be fine. But don't expect to rent a car from an individual. That's too risky for the car owner cuz of the insurance issue.

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE AN ADVANCED EXAM, I THINK YOU CAN JUST RENT A CAR AND DO IT.
