Jayman 的arrival series 能买吗？

最近我朋友在Jayman看房，sales 说他们有一个房型便宜些，因为是arrival series, 说是因为这是新的房型，所以卖的便宜些。我朋友从没听说过，觉得羊毛出在羊身上，便宜准没好货。请问大家有买过这种price discounted 新房型吗？不知道安不安全，　可不可靠。

9 @4 Q4 b1 C9 j1 Y, n9 U2 SWhose arrival,  refugees?  Got to be more specific, such as model name, square footage, price range, and how much discount buyers can get.  Jayman had a good reputation before, not sure how it is doing now.

强烈建议不要买jayman 这5年内建的房子。这几年他们扩展过快, 质量控制不了。还有售后服务烂。想知道多点, 到我们新区McConachie 问一下。大部分买jayman 的人都不满意。
