The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments1 ^1 {1 q* f/ |" n+ h) E/ s; _
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies: o" I p9 n/ p a8 U5 u1 J0 U
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& z1 y2 |$ H3 [' m& M, A5 `Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, U! |0 ]# t, W% H g8 U. \: n
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;4 H* z3 R3 o: h0 |
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 x6 N, v Q3 C: q& y: f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.8 i! a3 n( m, D# a. R% C$ S
Conduct all work within established time standards;, x4 Y3 @3 H6 a9 B' x1 ?: c4 s

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
