We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients. e, M% b0 z/ P: O/ E

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments7 f2 B* G4 d7 b% p
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies9 r! F; U5 ^; r/ I5 f$ l: W8 Z" T; k
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines7 b2 ?6 o( Y; P9 ~& |
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency; _$ h9 D) u. B5 a
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
+ D7 u+ j* Q3 ^Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 w0 O, Y; S6 R9 H+ f
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
