The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.' C6 M8 r F. ?# ~# f! J

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
- d. \) v# x5 N! D9 V6 F" tWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
# z. P" A$ ]. l& n; `Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" K$ r; r& b1 L4 P7 V
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;6 z4 ^3 ]3 Y" m, E. y6 I+ K
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
) y' B2 [: \' V% x2 U# b( h; a1 |Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( K- I0 u) `# @. dConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.3 U9 m0 h q2 J3 G. P( ^. y$ J. Y
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to work with minimal supervision;
