" O9 E& d" {+ M* b* Y P# FWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. D' r4 _( ~' Z6 u. k7 k
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies9 r+ e" N Z7 ^, e" I
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines3 l) ?" n# n% M$ j- X
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 s1 l* v$ A- I* [* j
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! l1 H2 v( d7 Y% ?$ a; {) REnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;. S1 T8 Y$ G, s4 k9 j1 M
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
