CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
  N7 u# D; N, C) x-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
) c0 Y% u5 Y$ t8 F% q/ J, m-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
0 d, T% B6 _; g$ N5 `( V-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
, \# |7 g9 d9 J8 A-        Keep office clean and organized.  
' Y5 a5 }. ?, c$ \5 R-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
, Q1 J# n5 V. c3 h5 P& Y! N-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
4 q5 b( s: c$ a1 p: q-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
& ^4 _' ^, |3 u6 j+ m7 a-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
