: m% K9 L) d/ l5 Q( U# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
# T' L$ ]4 }' T" ^1 B9 I" zActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
