The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.7 ^3 e6 p8 R4 [ x2 x% g" r$ s

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
& w- i! Q! F; W+ `! xWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies L! t3 b% A9 M8 f% s
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines2 N1 L8 e* P3 p4 [8 X2 @, J7 a* N7 o
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
O7 Y1 x6 O1 p9 ]( m5 iOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
% O, `' U. u. R; m D$ Y' { YEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! A8 Z0 v, |* g: y {Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.; P! q" f) u. K, u

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
