We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

4 ?0 @) p+ r( C, _2 ]) Q; @Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments$ e( y- t" {4 E8 P' H1 _  [, |
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies& ^2 F  L( v/ \, D) c# P# y. i
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
# d5 }% Q& a! _8 QManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
) _7 O1 H' r2 t3 |6 [* \Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& X3 v0 P( B' |/ p( ~6 ^Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
" r3 @" y1 o! _0 ]Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.; o5 L+ I/ {7 d" i% L$ L
Conduct all work within established time standards;, Y. P0 c, a) ?
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
+ e- c; b) N+ o' r8 ?" RAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;1 o/ S9 A7 V/ P) |
Time management skills are critical;
% }7 X4 h# {$ I) U- TAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
" r( ?+ r+ d4 v/ d- @+ m2 i3 z# |Attention to detail and accuracy;
' X4 r' B. y6 r9 `& tStrong organizational and computer skills;
5 M. w* Q+ l6 g# x& [2 _Excellent verbal and written communication skills;2 l2 U/ t0 h3 y' F9 y
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
/ }: f7 ^( M% S4 e# BAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
( e7 r" A: G1 |1 \5 VAbility to work with minimal supervision;+ }# e/ w1 C! W. m% H& \
Self-directed and highly motivated; and

5 W, s/ X2 k( GHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;- A, A( l( M4 {4 ^7 |
