The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.. c7 a: S( P+ E

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 z, q* F- r4 s% E% f, QWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
% r# D A' H. q' aAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines `) ~+ B% T7 E. s
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;5 w+ U8 x1 Y8 u+ u- b! ?
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
/ Q* w1 v- [% Q$ h4 N" ZEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;( r4 T" Y- f5 ?! \ M1 g
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ W" D9 r G1 P+ ^+ q4 a" ]# i$ k4 x' eConduct all work within established time standards;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
