We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

1 R7 y9 P, }9 f. z9 X7 Q' [
5 G, `- w( j- h$ ICoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 q  e* M6 c6 e, `
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies+ T! s7 l& W# W! R
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines, c8 m: o" _2 b
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
8 I9 n/ t2 {  |: j8 C/ J, y' x% qOversee file management for all LMIA matters;( s3 \; l7 C7 N
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;  m: \* `* }: ^* K8 G
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.+ d: `2 I1 o; w
Conduct all work within established time standards;
* S8 Z1 a1 D) v+ wEssential Knowledge and Skills9 _$ N0 m9 V! l. _/ g- G

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;% |/ z7 }, c8 Q( u! f
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;: E4 ~# Z4 G) H, t' v4 h
Time management skills are critical;; c" h4 [/ n  h7 m( M
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;3 Y, e* V: }7 W7 U5 {
Attention to detail and accuracy;. d  Z. e' [4 R& K% R" P/ j" F
Strong organizational and computer skills;5 I4 Z  H5 N- G# S( k! a1 [
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;: V2 w4 q5 Z$ ?2 n* J
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;9 |1 g. K0 g( N( b+ I
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
' T& F: K/ D, t  Z2 A; U, m8 cAbility to work with minimal supervision;
% y$ z7 o: m1 r4 K8 G! y! cSelf-directed and highly motivated; and

5 c+ i  U' Z) N6 QHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
