Responsibilities

1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
$ q$ _7 e2 e" f1 e( o( n2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects. i& b: _+ r+ D' e9 g) ~6 G
3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
- {) A3 L9 v& x; |4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline. 2 k- l0 j$ |/ o; a
5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost./ B+ p4 |* S" }9 y6 n: x# ]0 }
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents3 q! q, b# K5 g
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

Qualifications
; U4 S) @* @$ E2 d9 l/ w1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional, r/ F3 O5 x/ L0 _: U5 j
2. University degree or college diploma, u6 A0 C4 {' P* E
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
5 V# H/ i6 @* }& l) o4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines% @$ M4 J# V( \9 h5 x$ g
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
' I$ B# v% n9 p, [/ R6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
: Z) L8 [4 j5 H5 T7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
3 f+ N9 l/ `# X2 Q) U1 {1 k8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT): r1 r: }- z/ W% R- c
9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset0 j: z* t; k6 I: n1 e
