这个小软件第一个TAB显示mortgage基本信息。

( ~* @2 }2 p3 Z$ G( `4 `0 e9 U第二个TAB提供mortgage 每年的summary，和每笔付款中利息和本金组成变化。并将显示信息生成CSV文件，提供EMAIL或下载的功能，方便用户在电脑上打开文件浏览详细信息。

0 o8 z( i, t+ ^$ `7 W4 i' i5 U9 t第三个TAB提供mortgage的利息和本金图表信息。

# ~. x- c- E+ k/ z7 `& H# c0 O第四个TABT用户可以任选mortgage中的贷款金额，年限，利息，月付中的三个，计算剩下的一个变量。
