位于saskachewan l两室一厅出租一室客厅不住人。可以地图一下，是edmonton 位置环境都俱佳的地段。沿河，风景极好，尤其夏天美不胜收啊！地址：10149 saskatchewan t6e 6b6. 走路去学校 15-20分钟取决于腿长短。走路到82ave 5min 有 4 7 57 94路大统华直接乘4路附近 nofrills safeway 都有。总体来说生活方便。楼下是小学，有冰场两个，公园一个，秋千等儿童游乐设施俱全。房东是UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA 退休的老教授夫妇二人。他们人非常好，会做菜，爱生活，不介意炒菜，而且喜爱中国菜经常学习中国菜。二人在山上还有一套房子，经常去哪里住住，这里住住。冬天打猎，夏天钓鱼，没事就去旅游。客厅，厨房，阳台，储物间全部公用。而且提供全部厨具，各种各样厨具，不用带任何厨具，他家筷子也有的！房东爱干净，很爱干净，有邋遢习惯的人就不要考虑了，我也是每天做完饭都收拾干干净净，这样我也舒服。更主要的，更更主要的，有独立卫生间洗浴室！无论你是男性女性都可以，有独立的自己的隐私。房东提供钥匙，可以自己锁门。全部家具都有台灯床灯书架储物架衣帽间床床垫床单写字台转椅晾衣架制鞋架淋浴泡澡盆浴巾拖鞋。租金700每月。目前提供短租或长租。（我的lease 是4月30，我家人来了，租了一个大房子。）

The room within our fully renovated apartment on 10149 Saskatchewan
Drive, located in the best and nicest location within the City of
Edmonton, has its own full bathroom with heated granite floor. The room
is fully furnished with one bed, plenty of shelves, closet, and table,
light comes through a floor to ceiling South facing window with view to
the corner S-E balcony on the 17 th floor. Your door to your room and
bathroom has a lock, so you will have your own privacy. The Internet
connection is free, one month deposit, payments include all. We assume
about a year lease. It takes fifteen minutes walk to the UofA, we find
it easier than taking one of plenty buses, most students and staff walk
or bike over there for classes. One parking stall is available, in case
of your interest.
We will live for most of the time out of town, therefore our master
bedroom will be locked. The living room, balcony and the furnished
kitchen is to share.
It is a VERY GOOD DEAL. Clean, quiet, reliable.
We both of us are the university graduates, therefore very flexible and
respectable to this sort of life.

顶可以电话咨询 5875011888 是环境绝对好的地方不是群居哪种尤其卫生好独立卫生间是群居无法比拟的私密性强。而且白人是大学教授通情达理，用英语慢慢与你聊天。
