CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
4 X- k- _# A0 W# u& ?. S+ O1 s/ R-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
2 R  ^6 h! S- H  N# X9 t) B, _6 ]-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
8 {: a7 g5 n0 g4 O' N0 E5 S2 s-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

; s% O# N5 B) ]+ s. j-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
; U9 g2 f1 A: b$ \-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
1 ?* o% G% A; d% E6 }) u& p-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
