8 x' o, n: n  SYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
6 P$ a1 W, e7 e+ Y) D; O; E& _•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
! s; m" c. i4 f$ f" D( I•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
3 r% R5 s& M: D5 ^$ M9 P- g•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
- V1 p! z( Q. o•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
1 B+ ]! g: I9 y4 o3 Z•Perform AP Invoice matching

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
