furance暖炉风机不能启动，是啥原因？

9 D4 P" s' Q# N7 k7 h7 G' e1 o当室内温度，低于客厅的温控器面板的设定温度2-3°C后，furance暖炉风机不能启动，只是嗡嗡地响。以至于不能点火，也就无法取暖，造成室内很冷。

但是我检查温控器面板，正常，出现heat的标致，说明工作正常。
检查furance的2个指示灯，也是正常闪烁，没看出什么异常。
' u, b" [& ]' T; E. X# _9 n检查房子墙壁上的2个进气口，也是干净的。

, g, {+ l1 Q9 k, y4 _最后没有办法，重启furance后，恢复工作，但是一般1天多，就停止工作，已经出现3次了。

% f; [& c" D* X; D: y! L! T换过一个filter，是1200的，难道是密度太高了？之前用的是900的

有可能是filter的原因。

我的暖风炉上周也发生类似问题，不过指示灯提示错误是LIMIT CIRCUIT LOCKOUT，给的解释是： Lockout occurs if the limit, flame rollout is open longer than 3 minutes.
3 p6 i3 s  b" u* ^* s5 F  d+ k参阅了相似错误LIMIT CIRCUIT FAULT – Indicates the limit, flame rollout is open. Blower will run
for 4 min. or until open switch remakes whichever is longer. If open longer than 3 min, code changes to lockout #7. If open less than 3 min. status code #4 continues to flash until blower shuts off. Flame
) I4 t& l1 o) r$ ?4 B- Nrollout switch requires manual reset.
) S( p( ]% [1 Z% a5 @建议检查以下：
- Loose blower wheel.
- Defective switch or connections.
- Dirty filter or restricted duct system.
- Improper gas input adjustment
( \3 A2 }- r8 f# W7 b4 ]) Y- Improper limit switch or no limit gasket.

# C5 l) Q9 V2 T: Y; m我换了filter后至少这两天就没发生了。10月份的换的filter，才用三个月，网面都吹成抛物面了，表面上看和你说的太密有点像。

不是专业人士，供参考：
& V5 n3 D3 r. W- L6 L如果你的温控面板上有FAN开关，放到ON档，这是强制风扇工作的状态。同时，把Filter撤掉或换个新的。如果风扇不工作，应该就是风扇的事情。如果你能听到风扇嗡嗡的声音，就是看不到转，那就换风扇吧。

至于Filter, 就看是不是脏了，和1200,900 的关系不大。

1 I; j3 M- Y/ b4 |3M的Filter最长3个月就得换了，包装上就是这么注明的。
) D9 x; ^( N2 T% ?& Z; P( U
9 \3 z1 L" q1 G8 F3 S, H吹成抛物面，说明换晚了。浪费GAS。

你可以检查一下Inducer（看起来像一个小抽风机）。应该是回气的问题，如果inducer没有工作，整个空气循环就不能进行，所以不工作。

我去年也是，有一个小零件坏了，換了37刀左右

1. One RED LED light at the furnace shall NOT flashing at all. Shall be lit solid. If flashing, must be an error in the furnace. Counting the number of slow flash, and fast flash times to find the error code.

2. Other thing you may check out when you remove the air filter to see if the furnace is still running.

7 U% O/ _2 E! R% W4 d. f5 ~3. Most probably will be the fan itself if you hear the humming noise from the blower motor, not other induce motor (fume exhaust fan motor). Check the induce motor is running or not, you can open the top half cover to see inside.
