CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
0 i& d. V* `" y/ ]2 O-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
& m% ]) W2 a; O4 `-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
$ n: v$ b* }* G+ [-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
+ H  w; I6 B/ j9 {# y-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

4 r0 j# q" b) b4 O" o* h-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
5 p  P- [2 x) c4 m-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
: i' x/ U0 I' m8 c-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
4 m& p* l( h4 q, q' X: \-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
