CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
( A5 q& O! X$ Y$ r# e- Q-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
3 @! n. Z, o4 ]) H8 e" k  J-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
  v0 G, a9 q3 v0 U/ ?/ ?+ {-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
( z) C# g% {( @8 n/ k, r* @3 }- ^3 V-        Keep office clean and organized.

7 i1 H% o# B! V) yRequirements:
9 R7 a& j) j6 r# V$ A-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
5 N; f: C0 g' Q-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
