can anyone recommend a plumber?

toilet tank has no water!, I guess the shutoff valve need to be replaced. does anyone know a good plumber, reasonable charge?

Buy a new one from Home Depot and replace  it yourself. That's very easy.

thanks , but it is not like that easy. it is plastic one, I don't hve tools. :-(
