帮问－院墙和露台坏了，修理或者重建怎么收费？
       朋友家的院墙快要倒了，露台也旧了，入冬前想修好，修理怎么收费？如果重建怎样收费？有懂行的朋友给个参考价格，谢谢！

修理基本上就是按照工作的小时数收费；
% O0 b9 n- u- y0 E4 s+ i* u重建的话围墙是按照长度算钱，便宜的有28一尺的，贵的有40一尺的......
$ d. J  j# V# E1 N7 k露台按照尺寸算钱，差不多也就是材料和人工一半一半。
需要拆的话也要另外收费。

the cost does not include demolition and painting, but you can do it on your own.

Deck cost really depends on your layout and preferred style. For a 500-sqft ordinary deck without fashionable details,  the material and labor cost could range from 4000$ to 8000$.
