) V# F9 k: B3 l: h“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.( d( w X2 x2 m5 V

The increased demand is due to strong job and population growth, according to Christina Butchart, senior analyst with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
