Duties & Responsibilities:
/ ~5 t; p! c2 X% y
+ s7 N( ~% }# @: s7 Q3 V- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
6 z# X$ Q! ]5 s& w- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
% O" `- `  \2 P1 O, q2 `- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
8 E8 F. {: Q8 {+ k+ E- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- p9 F0 y$ I- d" a2 r- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
( E& x2 u6 Z, u' K: D" c
Qualifications:

6 Z3 _! V3 ~2 p. d7 j* A8 L- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
# [+ V5 S) K. q$ o# r7 R- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
