2 ^- z5 m) R3 M# ^1 G. h# zDuties & Responsibilities:
; \3 _0 z0 L1 q/ N! V
- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
3 f, r! Y9 m2 y& T1 U; p9 K* H% M- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
0 ^7 t+ c% ]& P- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
, e7 \1 q) h" n/ U$ x. c- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

+ T2 Z9 X4 V) r+ U+ A. A
" o: |% n" P: z: N; ~- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  o. c# M( E% d" [- Y- D1 l& L- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
