4 {, {  A' f! y& d6 R$ a5 d% b( z- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
) K1 R' q4 \- A8 v# l  ?- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
, }1 U7 v' m0 W- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
8 ?7 T& [: O5 g! c; E7 m" F- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
5 Q& a7 Z+ w% g# t. f- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- K4 f0 m5 _$ w: z5 _5 z: U- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
