土豆沙拉。

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
' W* m" D: p4 V! t& p; q5 fMix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
