土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

0 A) k0 S" v" Y- Q, H) H用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

( R3 \7 ^) y) E0 k  _/ s(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

加）。均匀后即可食用。我姥姥家的聚餐，每次都有这个。材料

( P2 Z  t# v" A6 CEggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
+ a# P5 V% C: k* c2 s4 yDressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
4 q5 Y) N5 q* ]7 a, G' ^Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
