土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

/ B$ x7 f2 P& U! Y3 g: p! x熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

现成的拌沙拉的蔬菜），肉丁若干，倒入白色沙拉酱（也是现成

的），搅拌均匀即可食用，味道和卖的差不多（因为用的都是

1 b- _; n# W; {5 ^' D  z- V一样的沙拉酱:p）

$ w* E  V3 n  u  `' yMix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
