没遇到过这种情况，不过个人感觉先找builder。如果找厂家，他会问你电器购买日期，地点和收据。

most builders purchased from appliance companies like Trail and Coast.
* b" \9 P, f+ c, G% RMine was Trail and they came to fix my microwave door when I first move it.
