卖房 deck， fence survey

买来新房， 做了 fence 和 deck。卖的时候是不是要做 survey 和 政府批准？ 大家有没有 survey 公司推荐， 谢谢。

7 s" D* N0 [! j# P2 n  hI only got the contractor to build the fence only, which doesn't require any permit.

2 M! a7 t* ~7 aDo you have walk out basement? If the deck is within certain limit (not walk out), I don't think you need a building permit.
