我們在找一室一廳或者是有兩個房間出租的地方，我們不介意有室友，但就一定要安靜整洁，如果是一室一廳的話就800刀(Utilities included) 以下，房間合租的話就一個人400刀(Utilities included) ,如果有獨立厠所是最好！我們都在Downtown 上學所以房子必須近Downtown 或者 LRT，這兩天隨時都可以看房！如果有意的話可以留言或者發email 去LARISSAV3V@yahoo.com.hk 或者打電話去 5875908870，謝謝！

Yeah, this is really a great idea that you set up the rent limit for the landlords. There are lots of rentals that will meet your needs out there, so just keep looking and good luck with it.
