Coventry和Dolce Vita求比较

1. 这两家是不是都不能砍价啊？
' g2 Z; b2 V  H" |% X: n2. 我比较喜欢Coventry的Quest model http://www.coventry-homes.com/floorplan/the-quest/  大家觉得怎么样。二楼的bonus room和房间都很大。
# g: }8 t7 v" g) B5 l- j2 Q3. 想要建房的地方只有DV。DV只能用自己的户型而且不能大改好像。windermere 比较接近the quest但是没有建好或者正在建的房子。看了bridgewater的spec home感觉还不错除了一楼那个den怪怪的。就是den不要了那几根柱子还得留着。

We just bought our house from Dolce Vita.  So far their service is very good, quick turn around.  Where are you going to build?  You can ask the sale associates to see if they have other floor plans.  We just found one that is never been built in our area.  But the plan was approved by the developer, just no customer likes that plan yet.

大概2100-2300在28或者30的pocket。我比较喜欢上去就是bonus room，楼上的bonus room和bedroom不能太小。ensure小点没有什么问题。你的是哪个floor plan呢？

Bridgewater建的很多，Windermere 少些。dan一般可以做两面外墙，一个glass double door,看起来会好很多，不会只是4根柱子

Ours is bigger 2375sq ft, Allegro.
4 s# g4 Z0 X2 K* OSA said this model is not available in all areas.  You have to check with them.
8 r6 K" |, |1 y8 LOur bonus room is huge, but bedrooms are on the smaller sides.

We modified the floor plan and now we have French front doors for front entry and master bedroom.

1 o% Z% I9 ~! X* F0 b3 W3 |我在想着在西北建房呢。DV在Hudson Park，Coventry的话就是Griesbach。但是Griesbach有点太贵了。而且只有walkout和大马路边上的lot能盖attached房子。还没有想好呢。

conventry的房型基本都特垃圾，特别是在greisbach的， stage 16 9月份出来，可是conventry根本没有pot size 36左右的好房型! 而且即使有greisbach脑残版的建筑要求，会让你一楼bumpout 好大一块出来，多出很多用不到的地方！
hudson park 一个是西北不景气，听同事说，而是小学完全是full的，如果你有小孩上学不要去那

楼主最好多做research，greisbach湖边搞quest完全不符合性价比。 湖边新的stage 16, 根据目测基本都在34左右，有1-2个32的，一个28的房型放上去太恶心了。

而且griesbach的房型要求很特别，大门要很靠近车库门，Quest如果按照griesbach的要求弄出来会十分的搞笑。

quest is terrible layout.  master bedroom facing side wall?!!!  and right next to bonus room!!  cross hallway from bathroom??  all the thing you should avoid

2 F' W5 x" b5 S7 M8 c/ c  |! v( u, l; |1 c那你那6500升级的钱其实也相当于便宜了吧，因为怎么样也会在某些地方升级吧。。。。。算起来还是比5000值。。。。

" Q0 r# V1 O6 q' f* {: ^Promotion并不是每个地点，什么时候都有的，讲价是不行，还是地点地块重要，有好的就赶紧先下手
