求教，Ambleside South 和 Coventry Homes 的看法

如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

I have been looking into Windermere.
1 {" ~9 e! b4 u# y! BMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.
( r$ B/ h# m) Z( h, x7 j. Z
( K7 D  o- G( f. E. iAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
4 w8 F6 ]! h& n, a$ t7 e' Q: xJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

) ?# l! g8 v% Y& s8 Q  G+ HSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

4 y( v& l* B! i0 i' E7 L8 lThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
2 c9 S/ r6 V$ RDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
