builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。
大家帮忙出出主意。

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

/ `0 b! B' T* `, y" i; X一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

I would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.
It is too late to talk about this now.  
If you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

: T% @- e6 O" ^0 s3 T7 {1 VIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
0 E- d4 N0 ]0 u; R. ZIt will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
