高度三尺以下的，现在建的时候不申请是可以，但是有两个问题

1）回头卖房子，要更新RPR， 没有deck permit 没法更新，
8 B) e8 _# v+ R, C% t5 Z2）建前申请，目前费用200多，建后申请目前费用400多

武大郎开店，高的不要。没听说矮的也要申请许可。也许各位说的对，没许可将来麻烦。几年前看到一座平顶独立车库，楼顶整个是个大阳台。好像日本鬼子的炮楼。站在阳台上，可以想象犹如４９年某伟人站在TAM城楼学羊叫的镜头，十分威武。况且邻居家的卧室尽收眼底，可以大饱眼福。偶也想如法炮制。遂再去观摩，却不见了。

7 n9 V- Y* U! ?5 l* w/ L  s看起来很麻烦的样子，还要交图纸什么的。需要专业人士出图吗？象final frading 一样？请问您申请过吗？对设计有什么要求吗？比如楼梯在什么位置？还有从递交申请到批复要多久？ 谢谢！

Uncovered decks are subject to specific Zoning Bylaw and Alberta Building Code regulations. You may need a development permit and a building permit:
• You will need a development and buiding permit if the deck floor is over 0.6 metres (m) or 2 feet (ft) above grade.
• If the deck is above 1.8 m (6 ft) you will need to talk to a Building Technical Advisor from our office.
+ P# A" Y& Q, o4 W6 W• If the deck will be built on a corner lot or in the front yard of any lot, you will need to talk to a Development Planner from our office.

Covered decks
