留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

* B, k1 h$ `3 {1 a7 V3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
: H- ?/ P5 H4 l3 I2 Q2 k- FCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
$ @8 v! }' u; ?4 s
  O4 Z, C  b& Iyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
1 T% H# C+ Y+ ?# B4 _  Oyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
  k% ?, k5 {4 \& U& @' Tyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
