This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible)., v/ ^) b& M. V2 n d% L2 t; _
When the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic+ g! @9 S! U/ N \+ l6 ?3 O; W
condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and & ~# f& ?8 }1 A& @! [# ^• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or" ]- I) i6 X4 X# T; y
• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. ! y: F3 k! g) _9 c. iIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
