1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
+ q; a# l) x1 e$ h" `/ x2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;. J# E8 n8 x5 L4 K( y  c+ p
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;4 T/ B* Q/ l( R
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
0 f! Q, {/ @- _( M/ f5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;. b  f" }+ y( }$ I3 q& u- E
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; 0 ]5 d8 ]: p) w
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.( e# q5 y! B; w! r  b8 r

Qualifications:
  K! c9 }7 N9 s" }8 u9 L•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
: B+ |$ T. Q1 R4 H% t& g7 n•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
6 @; e% i: q9 R•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.: R7 E+ K: y) w" I( ^  X6 V! P
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
