JOB DESCRIPTION
) t- ?2 [- P0 b3 E2 V1 {1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
7 m3 ~! C, m1 m) ]2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
! n  j9 r% v* I3 Y3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
# L* p- F; X  p2 g4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; : V6 A# B& j, _7 W
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
! s4 T! u' Z9 G/ n* ~( k! e6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; % _' h4 q- r* f0 I8 k2 ^
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.. w4 ~6 u2 a1 F6 Z4 X, S7 z- ]( y

Qualifications:  {, y4 ?/ K+ w
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
, ]3 C% S+ v% v( T  w! s" R' M0 c•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.2 q/ e. }) e9 W# Y7 e0 W' l
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
+ \. ^- Z' g/ `/ w; c: i( {# S•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
