-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
8 ]7 t* v' U% w( z9 z7 ?+ Z8 i2 q-  has taken an English language assessment test?
) D$ j" M: k9 A7 S" n1 m-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

. P( J' w4 h# `- e# T- ]" jIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program
& X+ t# L- O9 r  H1 o3 I. {
$ [3 ]4 M4 G& n1 g4 bMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.
  V$ Y4 r$ M  g4 }: J+ f! e' V
7 D' k; `( E" n6 D: gTHE COURSE OFFERS:

•        Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
•        Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
6 X3 q; R; @$ D( `* [•        Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
9 q0 n# p4 Z( P/ G- [; R; c•        Information about community agencies and services.
; ?6 {; j2 Y) D7 n1 v1 X•        Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
•        Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

1.  May 6, 2006 – June 24, 2006                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.
2.  July 17, 2006 – July 28, 2006                Mon. Tues. Thurs and Fri. from 10:00-4:00 p.m.

5.  Jan. 27, 2007 – Mar. 17, 2007                Saturdays from 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.

哈哈....那地方啊,我刚登陆那会,还到过那当Volunteer呢!那是半年前的事了, 总的说那里的人还是很NICE的!
