South Side Settlement Program is hosting a workshop “First time home buyer – mortgage and home inspection” for new immigrants. The workshop will include the following topics:

●        Mortgage – down payment, Income, Credit
●        Dynamics of home inspection
●        Normal wear and tear and serious deficiencies
