因为所有基金类产品都与市场大环境有关，可跌可涨，取决你的投资时间，一般买这类基金产品需要你放较长的时间。具体到基金种类，风险及收益和细节，需要看你的个人需求和具体情况。

If you don't mind the time, stock, especially the Chinese A stock, or banks, will be the best targets in the future few years. Anyway, you can, but difficult to find a stock, that could give you more than 6% return just by the Dividend Yield Ratio without considering the price increasing.
