Miranda三月份的育儿讲座

首先非常感谢大家对Miranda的支持。Miranda 决定在三月份开一个为期四个礼拜的育儿讲座。Miranda 会在第一个礼拜准备一些小吃/点心，之后的三个礼拜希望爸爸妈妈们能带点心来，当然也欢迎大家在第一个礼拜带来。这次Miranda举办这个讲座没请其他机构帮忙（除了提供场地），所以不会有托儿服务，希望大家尽量不要带小孩来。谢谢！

日期：3月9号，16号，23号和30号

讲座的大概内容如下：
Effective discipline for children 0-6 years of age

, B9 z1 ~) g& {! j" [- mClass content:
Class I: 1. Understand your child (normal growth and development of each age group)
& B3 \( L$ v! w: R6 k3 z) n& {            2. Understand yourself (let’s go back to our childhood)
3 Y6 @' X' ], V7 ~; E2 C+ v            3. How our believes and culture play a big part in our parenting

Class II:  Effective discipline for this age group, how to do:
- Y  J9 ~5 q2 k7 Q              -Be firm and be consistent
- d5 O, G) O- p3 E! h              -Set routines,  set limits, set boundaries
7 W  |6 E4 l& {              -Avoid stressful situations
              -Time out (give your child a Break)

Class III: Continue with class II, how to do:
               -Create play areas (how to develop 4 or 5 play centers for education benefits)
               -Decrease/eliminate negative behavior, encourage positive behavior

               -Stay calm

              -Know when to give in

               -How to choose or create educational toys

不好意思，这不是产前班，是育儿班，不会有hospital tour。等Miranda再开产前班的时候会有的。
