The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
$ |7 h; X+ D* G: n$ ~* H+ l+ L1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2 r" C- O* M2 l( e' R9 M9 c  S# U2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
: j" U5 z5 ~2 m* G4 i0 Q% a3. Blue color: price change each month.

" u' K+ s  e4 tstill support the further price increases.
- ?) ]% u6 }1 Q, u1 q6 ?  e+ {3 e2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
* P2 ~) z0 D  z1 Q# Y) Z, z3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
