The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
3 q* |' i; [2 U* @2 ~1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
, C' T4 r% y9 ~9 d) r6 V7 X3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
