The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
# K) W  i& _) l- w$ Q& p& s& Y2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
0 ~% C# v7 G' ]& _" {3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
5 t# _# ^9 a. Xstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
5 V1 H' y3 m6 X& b4 y/ Q3 C$ {the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
. P: \4 z1 T' f6 M4 c% M9 j3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
