PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
/ J% w5 c, K/ ^/ S; A  b3 C& K•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
* E& P; c/ H! e1 R/ @$ n) `•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
: B/ j/ a; E  R( m- W" P* p$ F•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

7 |  C$ `/ P3 _9 m•        Retail customer service experience.
6 n. F5 w" i# \4 H7 m7 ?9 ?•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
3 V( B' C0 P4 C- X* l) W•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
