PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

8 p& \3 \, k2 O) H- I: ^•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
. N( Z1 b+ h2 g( s  [+ b•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
5 B! G* ]1 [, T•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
: X/ j3 o& y  d  t: s6 c( a/ j•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
8 z( I& B2 U8 K/ W•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
8 K4 y5 `8 a0 K6 ^6 p/ l0 K1 ?/ t•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
