请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
5 F* h% s- V" ~0 k1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
1 L' W7 E- J8 p( Q' \$ ?( a0 y3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
+ v% x' v: ~& _$ @1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
. z6 u, [8 Y9 }2) Get the insurance in Alberta.

3 P! z5 N) Q2 H& c4) Obtain the plate.
